Product Description

Supported by complete automatic oxidation production lines of MEIAL Technology, we customize oxide film ranging from 5μm to 120μm, covering decorative anodizing, hard anodizing and MAO ceramic coating. Compliant with GB/T 5237 & MIL-A-8625 standards, uniform coating without thin areas. Matte, bright, satin surface optional, excellent corrosion & UV resistance. Compatible with 6061/6063/7075 cast aluminum, magnesium & titanium alloy. One-stop solution including oxidation equipment & mature coating technology.

Full Product Overvie

MEIAL oxide films are manufactured with mature processes matched to our self-developed automatic horizontal, vertical, manual and mini MAO micro arc oxidation production lines.

Coordinated with SCR rectifier power supply, PLC automatic traveling crane, plate heat exchanger constant temperature control and tank circulation filtration system, our equipment precisely regulates film growth speed and controls thickness tolerance within ±1μm across whole workpieces.

We provide three mainstream coating systems: decorative anodizing film, hard wear-resistant anodizing film and MAO ceramic oxide film with customizable full-range thickness. Multiple surface finishes are available: natural silver, organic dye coloring (bright gold, red, blue, green), electrolytic coloring (champagne gold, bronze, matte black). Combined with pure water sealing & nickel acetate medium-temperature sealing technology to seal micropores, the film greatly improves salt spray and UV resistance. Widely applied in architectural aluminum profiles, new energy auto structural parts, 3C electronic housings, hydraulic hardware, aerospace lightweight components and medical titanium alloy parts.

    • Equipped with RO pure water equipment & medium-temperature nickel acetate sealing system to seal nanoscale micropores and isolate corrosive media;
    • Architectural-grade film over 15μm achieves salt spray resistance over 1000 hours; MAO ceramic film reaches 2000h salt spray resistance, no chalking, whitening or discoloration under long-term outdoor UV exposure;
    • Full production line equipped with three-acid mist treatment & aluminum ion recovery environmental equipment, all coating production complies with local emission standards for smooth environmental assessment.
  5. Compatible with Full Series Aluminum Alloys, Uniform Coating for Complex Shapes

    Fits 6061, 6063, 7075, cast aluminum, die-cast aluminum, magnesium alloy and titanium alloy. Uniform intact oxide film forms on extruded profiles, machined irregular parts, deep holes and threaded workpieces without missing coating or breakdown defects.
