MEIAL manual anodizing line is tailor-made for small factories, R&D labs and prototype workshops. Low upfront cost, compact layout, full process including degreasing, caustic etching, neutralization, anodizing, dyeing, electrolytic coloring and sealing. Flexible manual operation supports frequent formula switching, stable 5–20μm oxide film. Matched with SCR rectifier, chiller, filter and full environmental waste gas/wastewater supporting devices, ideal for multi-variety small-batch aluminum alloy parts.
MEIAL manual anodizing line is modular independent tank equipment, fully covering the whole aluminum surface treatment workflow. Different from fully automatic traveling crane lines, each process tank relies on manual hoist/hand-held rack feeding, with fully independent adjustable process parameters. Operators can freely control soaking time, current and temperature to meet strict precision requirements of special-shaped parts, multi-color trial production and new formula R&D.
Matched with self-developed ML-YH silicon controlled rectifier, air-cooled water chiller, plate heat exchanger, circulation filtration system, air stirring blower and RO pure water unit, the line can stably produce decorative anodized film, hard anodized film, support organic bright gold dyeing & weather-resistant electrolytic champagne bronze coloring. Tank body adopts thick anti-corrosion PP plate, all pipeline valves are UPVC anti-acid & alkali accessories, durable under long-term acid mist workshop environment.
Complete supporting environmental equipment including three-acid mist absorption tower and wastewater treatment system, fully compliant with local environmental emission standards. Modular tank layout can customize tank size, station quantity and workpiece maximum length according to plant area and production volume, widely applied to 3C small hardware, small aluminum profiles, medical titanium parts, mold prototypes and small-batch customized workpieces.

Operators can adjust hanging position, stirring strength and immersion angle according to workpiece structure, effectively solve film thickness unevenness, color difference, dead zone missing coating problems of deep hole, thin wall, irregular cast aluminum parts. Higher finished product precision than mass automatic lines for high-standard prototype products.

Whole tank thick PP fusion welding without leakage; all pumps, pipes, gaskets are acid & alkali resistant special materials. Circulation filtration system reduces tank residue precipitation, extend service life of oxidation & coloring liquid, cut regular chemical replacement cost; simple manual structure, few moving parts, easy cleaning and overhaul.
Can be matched with three-acid mist treatment tower to absorb workshop acid and alkali waste gas; supporting independent wastewater treatment equipment to treat acid, aluminum-containing and coloring heavy metal wastewater.
