SZ fluoroplastic centrifugal pump
Structural Characteristics
The SZ series pump is a single stage single suction centrifugal pump, with an axial suction inlet and a radial discharge outlet.
The structure is simple, and the pump shaft and impeller are directly connected.
Convenient connection, both inlet and outlet are standard flange connections.
The flow passage components of the pump are made of fluoroplastics (F26, F46), and the auxiliary components are made of cast parts (HT200).

Any concentration of strong corrosive media such as acid, alkali, salt solution, strong oxidant, organic solvent, etc.
Industries such as petroleum, chemicals, pesticides, pickling, dyes, papermaking, electroplating, etc.
Operating Conditions
A thin medium without solid particles or fibers;
Medium temperature: -20 ℃~120 ℃;
Maximum medium density 1.35x10kg/m ³;
The highest environmental temperature is+40 ° C;
Up to 1000m above sea level;
The maximum pressure of the system is 10bar.
Installation Conditions
The installation of the pump should ensure that it is not affected by the tension of the system pipeline during use;
The pump should be fixed on a stable horizontal base;
To ensure the normal operation of the motor, the pump should be installed in a position with good ventilation conditions and anti freezing;
The electrical wiring device should ensure that the pump is not damaged by phase loss, unstable voltage, leakage, and overload.
Performance Curve
Q/H: represents the flow rate and head curve at rated speed;
Power curve: P2 represents a medium density of 1x10 ³ Kg/m ³ Input power at hour;
Efficiency curve: Eta represents the efficiency of the pump.
Curve Conditions
All curves are based on the measured values of 50Hz, 3x380V, and the motor at a constant speed of 2900r/min.
All measurements were made using water without gas at a temperature of 20 ℃, and the curve is applicable to the kinematic viscosity of 1mm2/s.
The use of pumps should refer to the performance range of the bold curve to prevent excessive flow and motor overload.
When the density of the liquid conveyed by the pump exceeds the range of operating conditions, a motor with higher output power must be used accordingly.
The line tolerance complies with ISO9006:2012, Grade 3B
