The reverse osmosis pure water equipment separates the ions, organic matter and fine suspended matter (bacteria and colloidal particles) in the water through the membrane tube to achieve the purpose of desalting and purification of the water. The principle is that water is separated from the solution by a permeable membrane, and water permeates into the solution, and there is osmotic pressure between the two phases. If the pressure on the solution phase is greater than the osmotic pressure, then the water in the solution phase will penetrate into the water phase, which is called reverse osmosis. Dessalt water is obtained by reverse osmosis, that is, raw water becomes pure water through the permeable membrane under sufficient pressure, and the concentration of dissolved water and suspended matter that does not pass through the membrane gradually increases.
Pure water equipment includes reverse osmosis and ion exchange mixing bed (resin absorption order) part. According to the function and function of each equipment in the system, it can be divided into three parts: prefiltration dosing part, reverse osmosis desalination part, and refined part of ion exchange mixing bed.
