Electrophoresis Varnish Rectification Device

This machine uses special resin imported from Japan, suitable for soluble series anode electrophoresis paint film.

Our device fully meets the requirements of imported related equipment, and is a necessary equipment for aluminum anodized electrophoresis.


Working principle:

With the continuation of electrophoresis in the production, the impurity ions of the electrophoresis tank will increase due to the introduction of the pretreatment process or the impurity ions of the section itself, thus changing the conductivity and PH value of the electrophoresis. In order to effectively remove the harmful impurities in the electrophoresis tank, such as sulfate ion and other impurity ions, the electrophoretic paint rectification equipment should be used.

The principle is to use ion exchange resin to remove impurity ions, so as to control the PH value and conductivity of the storage tank.

So that the foundation is within the allowable process parameters.

When the resin is saturated with the impurity ions in the tank, the resin will lose its effect and must be regenerated.

The regeneration process is the opposite to the refining process, using hydrogen ions or hydroxide ions to regenerate and exchange the impurity ions attached to the ion exchange resin.
