一.Description  

1.Anodizing production lines typically consist of a series of precise steps, from pretreatment to oxidation, and then to post-treatment, each of which is crucial.

2.The intelligence and automation of the anodizing production line are signs of its modernization. By introducing IoT technology, production lines can monitor and adjust process parameters in real-time, ensuring consistency and reducing waste. Automated equipment improves production efficiency and reduces errors caused by manual intervention.

3.In addition, environmental protection is another major concern of modern anodizing production lines. The use of fluorine free chemicals and bio based cleaning agents, as well as the implementation of water circulation systems and heat recovery, are all aimed at reducing environmental impact and achieving sustainable production.

四. Treatment Process:

  1. Degreasing
    (1) 6jig(rack)/ tank x 1 tank
    =6jig(rack)
    (2) treatment time: 2-5min
  2.  Alkaline Etching 
    (1) 6jig(rack) / tank x 2 tank
    =12jig(rack)
    (2) treatment time: 3-15min
  3.  Neutralization
    (1) 6jig(rack) / tank x 1 tank
    =6jig(rack)
    (2) treatment time: 1-5min           
  4.  Anodizing
    (1) 3 jig(rack)/tank x 5tanks = 15jig(rack)
    (2) Current density: 130A/m²
    (3) Process time: 30min
    (4) Unprocess time: 10min
    (5) Total time 30+10=40min
          

          (6) Average anodizing layer : 0.36*1.3*30*0.77 =10.81um

  1.  Colour 1

                     1) Clour process: Mix Salts

      6. Sealing
           1) Sealing menthod:  Sealing at Medium or Normal Temperature

五. Design Parameter and Setting

       1. Anodizing treatment area:
              1) Each anodizing process tank need 40min ,where total jig(rack)/year:

                   ( 3 rack x 5 tank x 60min/h) ÷40min x600 hour =13500jig(rack)

2) Design 50m²/jig(rack) . Where every tank is 100m²
3) 
Area treatment/year : 13500jig(rack)x 50m² /jig =675000m²

 

2. Anodizing treatment weight:
        Monthly output : 675000m²÷350m²/T*0.9=1735T≧1500T

 

3. Power consumption:
        1) Anodising Tank:100m²/tank* 130A/ m²÷0.9=14444A/tank

           Power Rectifier : 15000A =3unit
        2) Clouring tank: 100㎡/tank×70A/m²÷0.9 = 7777A/tank

   Colour Rectifier : 8000A =3 unit
