一.Product overview

1. The anodizing production line is an essential equipment for surface treatment of aluminum and its alloys. It mainly forms a dense oxide film on the surface of aluminum through electrochemical reactions, significantly improving the corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and aesthetic appearance of aluminum materials.

2. Hard film anodizing usually uses sulfuric acid as the electrolyte, with a concentration generally maintained between 10% and 20%. The change in sulfuric acid concentration will directly affect the growth rate and quality of the film layer.

3. Future production lines will increasingly focus on energy-saving design, with plans to introduce efficient power sources and circulating water systems in order to reduce energy consumption and water resource use, and achieve sustainable development.

四.Treatment Process:

  1. Degreasing
    (1) 6jig(rack)/ tank x 1 tank
    =6jig(rack)
    (2) treatment time: 2-5min
  2.  Alkaline Etching 
    (1) 6jig(rack) / tank x 2 tank
    =12jig(rack)
    (2) treatment time: 3-15min
  3.  Neutralization
    (1) 6jig(rack) / tank x 1 tank
    =6jig(rack)
    (2) treatment time: 1-5min           
  4.  Anodizing
    (1) 2 jig(rack)/tank x 4tanks = 8jig(rack)
    (2) Current density: 130A/m²
    (3) Process time: 30min
    (4) Unprocess time: 10min
    (5) Total time 30+10=40min
          

          (6) Average anodizing layer : 0.3*1.3*30*0.77 =10.81um

      6. Sealing

五. Design Parameter and Setting

       1. Anodizing treatment area:
              1) Each anodizing process tank need 40min ,where total jig(rack)/year:

                   ( 2 rack x 4 tank x 60min/h) ÷40min x600 hour =7200jig(rack)

2) Design 50m²/jig(rack) . Where every tank is 100m²
3) 
Area treatment/year : 7200jig(rack)x 50m² /jig =360000m²

 

2. Anodizing treatment weight:
        Monthly output : 360000m²÷350m²/T*0.9=925T≧900T

 

3. Power consumption:
        1) Anodising Tank:100m²/tank* 130A/ m²÷0.9=14444A/tank

           Power Rectifier : 15000A =4unit
        2) Clouring tank: 100㎡/tank×70A/m²÷0.9 = 7777A/tank

   Colour Rectifier : 8000A =2unit
