Anodizing Production Line for Aluminum Extrusion with Environmental Regulations

 

一. Production Description: 

1.Anodizing is an electrochemical process that causes oxidation reactions on the surface of aluminum and its alloys through the action of current, forming a dense oxide film.

2.Specifically, during the anodizing process, aluminum or aluminum alloy serves as the anode and undergoes an oxidation reaction with hydrogen ions in the electrolyte, producing aluminum oxide and water while releasing electrons.

3.In cathodic reactions, water is reduced to hydrogen gas. As the reaction progresses, a layer of oxide film gradually forms on the surface of aluminum, and its thickness can be adjusted as needed.

四, Treatment Process:

  1. Degreasing
    (1) 6jig(rack)/ tank x 1 tank

    (2) treatment time: 2-5min
  2.  Alkaline Etching 
    (1) 6jig(rack) / tank x 2 tank
    =12jig(rack)
    (2) treatment time: 3-15min
  3.  Neutralization
    (1) 6jig(rack) / tank x 1 tank
    =6jig(rack)
    (2) treatment time: 1-5min           
  4.  Anodizing
    (1) 2 jig(rack)/tank x 3tanks = 6jig(rack)
    (2) Current density: 130A/m²
    (3) Process time: 28min
    (4) Unprocess time: 10min
    (5) Total time 30+8=38min
          

          (6) Average anodizing layer : 0.36*1.3*28*0.77 =10.1um

                     1) Clour process: Mix Salts

      6.Sealing
           1) Sealing menthod:  Sealing at Medium or Normal Temperature

五. Design Parameter and Setting

       1. Anodizing treatment area:
              1) Each anodizing process tank need 38min ,where total jig(rack)/year:

                   ( 2 rack x 3 tank x 60min/h) ÷38min x600 hour =5684jig(rack)

2) Design 57.1m²/jig(rack) . Where every tank is 114.2m²
3) Area treatment/year :
5684jig(rack)x 57.1m² /jig =324556m²

 

2. Anodizing treatment weight:
        Monthly output : 324556m²÷400m²/T*0.9=730T≧700T

 

3. Power consumption:
        1) Anodising Tank:100m²/tank* 130A/ m²÷0.9=14444A/tank

           Power Rectifier : 15000A =3unit
        2) Clouring tank: 100㎡/tank×70A/m²÷0.9 = 7777A/tank

   Colour Rectifier : 8000A =1 unit
