PP Anti-Corrosion Anodizing Treatment Tank 8000x1200x1500mm -MEIAL TECHNOLOGY 

The MEIAL -PPT-005 is a heavy-duty polypropylene (PP) anodizing treatment tank engineered for sulfuric acid electrolyte service in aluminum anodizing production lines. Constructed from 15mm thick PP sheets with external carbon steel reinforcement frame and anti-rust coating, this tank provides exceptional chemical resistance and structural integrity for long-term acid immersion duty.

  • 15mm thick imported PP sheet construction with hot gas extrusion welding for full-penetration seams
  • External carbon steel frame with anti-corrosion paint, designed to withstand hydrostatic pressure at full liquid load
  • Integrated copper bus bar mounting slots along both sides for easy cathode plate installation
  • Reinforced bottom design with PP support beams to handle heavy aluminum workload loading
  • Optional accessories: overflow weir, bottom drainage valve, temperature sensor wells, level indicators

Applications

Suitable for sulfuric acid anodizing (15-20% H₂SO₄), oxalic acid anodizing, and phosphoric acid anodizing processes. Custom dimensions available to match specific profile lengths and production throughput requirements.
