Product Description

Chemical Brightening Polishing Station for Aluminum Mirror Finish

The MEI-AL-5000*1200*15000 chemical brightening polishing station produces mirror-quality surface finishes on aluminum components prior to anodizing. With a 20mm thick PP acid-resistant tank, integrated fume extraction hood, and external PTFE heat exchanger, this station safely handles phosphoric-nitric acid brightening solutions at elevated temperatures for high-gloss decorative anodized finishes.

Key Features

  • Heavy-duty 20mm PP tank with external carbon steel reinforcement frame for safe containment of aggressive brightening solutions
  • External PTFE coil heat exchanger for precise temperature control at 85-105°C without metallic contamination risk
  • Integrated PP fume extraction hood with adjustable damper connecting to workshop exhaust scrubbing system
  • Solution circulation pump maintaining uniform chemical concentration and temperature throughout the working volume
  • Capable of achieving mirror-quality surface finish with Ra < 0.1μm on suitable aluminum alloys (5000 and 6000 series)

Applications

Designed for automotive decorative trim, architectural highlights, consumer electronics casings, cosmetic packaging, and high-end furniture components requiring brilliant reflective anodized finishes.
