The MEI-AL-7000*300*3 precision-fabricated cathode plate assembly provides uniform current distribution along the entire anodizing tank length. Constructed from SS316L stainless steel (7000x300x3mm) with integrated T2 copper bus bar connectors featuring tin plating, these cathode plates ensure consistent electrical field distribution essential for uniform anodizing film thickness.

Pickled and passivated surface treatment removing fabrication contaminants and enhancing natural corrosion resistance
