The Electrophoresis Varnish Rectification Device incorporates international advanced technology to deliver superior performance for soluble series anode electrophoresis paint film applications. This equipment is essential for aluminum anodized electrophoresis processes and fully meets the requirements of imported related equipment.
Working Principle
During continuous electrophoresis production, impurity ions accumulate in the electrophoresis tank from pretreatment processes or section impurities, altering conductivity and pH levels. The electrophoretic paint rectification equipment effectively removes harmful impurities such as sulfate ions and other contaminants.
The system utilizes ion exchange resin technology to remove impurity ions, maintaining pH value and conductivity within specified process parameters. When resin becomes saturated with impurity ions, it requires regeneration using hydrogen ions or hydroxide ions to restore functionality.
