ME-AL Aluminum Ion Stabilizer is core environmental & process equipment matched with automatic, vertical, manual anodizing lines, independently developed by Guangdong ME-AL Technology Co., Ltd.

During continuous aluminum anodizing production, aluminum ions keep accumulating inside sulfuric acid tanks, raising bath conductivity resistance, causing uneven oxide film, color difference, increased power consumption and frequent bath replacement. 

The system adopts acid-resistant delivery pumps to transfer anodizing liquid into separation modules. Specialized membrane media rapidly separate aluminum ions from sulfuric acid: concentrated aluminum ion waste liquid is discharged out of the tank circulation loop, while purified sulfuric acid flows back to the oxidation tank for repeated use. It locks aluminum ion concentration within ideal process range all day long, delivering stable anodizing quality, chemical recycling and environmental emission reduction.
