Product Description

This semi-automatic anodizing line is equipped with 4 independent anodizing tanks and 2 dyeing tanks, matched with complete pre-treatment, multi-stage rinsing and sealing processes. It adopts frequency conversion gantry crane for semi-automatic transportation, supporting free switch between manual and semi-automatic operation modes.

Suitable for 6063 & 6061 aluminium profiles and industrial aluminium components, it supports natural anodizing and multi-color dyeing processes. Featuring high flexibility, the line is compatible with sampling and mass production for diversified, medium & small-batch orders.

Stable effective monthly capacity reaches 1200 tons under two-shift operation. With moderate investment and low requirement on workshop height, it is an ideal choice for medium & small aluminium surface treatment factories.

All tanks are constructed with thickened anti-corrosion PP plates, equipped with circulation filtration, air agitation and temperature control system, matched with high-frequency rectifiers to guarantee uniform oxide film thickness and stable color difference. Supporting acid mist collection system to meet local environmental emission standards in Guangdong.
