Our 50 tons per month aluminum anodizing line is tailor-made for small and medium aluminum processing plants, hardware component manufacturers, and aluminum accessory workshops focusing on small-batch diversified orders.
Capacity Calculation: 26 working days per month, single shift operation; average daily output reaches around 1.92 tons, fully matching the production rhythm of startup aluminum surface treatment factories.
This semi-automatic anodizing production line supports conventional decorative anodizing, electrolytic coloring, cold sealing & hot water sealing. It is compatible with 6063 architectural aluminum profiles, 6061 industrial aluminum parts, ADC12 die-cast aluminum and other mainstream aluminum materials. Uniform oxide film brings excellent anti-corrosion, wear resistance and stable appearance consistency.
Equipped with integrated waste gas and wastewater treatment unit, it meets domestic environmental standards as well as overseas emission requirements for Southeast Asia, Middle East, Central Asia and Africa markets.

Pretreatment System
All tanks adopt thickened anti-corrosion PP plates, fitted with heating pipes and circulating filtration devices:
Degreasing tank: Remove cutting fluid, release agent and surface contaminants
Neutralization tank: Eliminate residual ash and alkaline substances after etching
Multi-stage countercurrent rinsing tanks: Save water and lower chemical consumption
Core Anodizing Unit

Anodizing main tank: Acid-resistant PVDF tank body, lead cathode plates and air stirring system; sulfuric acid electrolyte concentration controlled at 150~190g/L
Constant temperature chiller: Precisely control temperature at 18~22℃ with fluctuation within ±1℃, avoiding uneven film thickness and color difference
High-frequency pulse rectifier power supply: Constant current & constant voltage output, adjustable voltage 15-22V, current density 1.0~1.5A/dm²; high power conversion efficiency
Electrolyte circulating filtration system: Continuously filter impurities to extend service life of sulfuric acid solution
Post-Treatment: Coloring & Sealing System
Coloring tanks: Organic dye coloring + electrolytic dual options, high color saturation, slight batch color deviation
Sealing tanks: Mainstream nickel-free cold sealing plus hot water sealing options, seal micropores of oxide film to strengthen weather resistance
Circulating hot air drying oven: Low-temperature drying to prevent water stains and water marks on aluminum surfaces
