This 150T/M semi-automatic anodizing line is developed specially for aluminum kitchen and bathroom hardware. It achieves minimum 15 μm oxide film thickness, matched with electrolytic coloring and mid-temperature nickel salt sealing. The complete process delivers superior UV fading resistance and long-term anti-corrosion performance for sanitary hardware.
