Product Description
Full Automatic Normal Anodizing Line for Aluminum Fixtures | 10–15μm Natural/Black Oxidation, 220 Tons/Month
Product Overview

This full-automatic gantry normal anodizing line is professionally customized for surface oxidation processing of aluminum tooling jigs, fixtures and conductive clamps. Adopting mature sulfuric acid normal anodizing technology, it effectively improves the insulation, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of fixture surfaces.

The equipment stably forms a standard 10–15μm oxide film and supports two finishing processes: natural silver finish and black dye finish. It solves common fixture defects such as electric leakage, surface burrs and corrosion during repeated workshop use.

With fully automatic and precisely controlled process parameters, the production line achieves a stable monthly output of 220 tons, perfectly meeting the mass standardized surface treatment requirements of industrial aluminum fixtures.

Process Flow (Dedicated for Fixture Processing)
  1. Fixture Hanging & Fixing: Adopt professional hanging mode for special-shaped and block fixtures to ensure stable suspension and uniform current conduction.
  2. Degreasing & Cleaning: Thoroughly remove machining oil, dust and surface stains to achieve pure aluminum substrate.
  3. Alkali Etching: Remove processing texture and thin natural oxide layers to flatten fixture surface condition.
  4. Post-Alkali Etch Rinsing: Wash away residual alkali and aluminum sludge to avoid white spots and color defects.
  5. Neutralizing & Desmutting: Completely eliminate surface black smut and residual alkaline substances for flat and clean surfaces.
  6. Post-Neutralization Rinsing: Secondary surface purification to create a pure environment for anodizing reaction.
  7. Normal Anodizing: Form dense 10–15μm insulating oxide film under constant temperature and current, enhancing fixture insulation and corrosion resistance.
  8. Post-Anodizing Rinsing: Remove residual acid liquid to protect oxide film integrity and prevent whitening and corrosion.
  9. Optional Black Dye Coloring: Achieve uniform and consistent black appearance for workshop classification management, anti-slip and anti-fouling performance.
  10. Pure Water Rinsing: Clean residual dyes and impurities to ensure flawless fixture surface without residue.
  11. Sealing Treatment: Seal oxide film micropores to greatly improve fixture wear resistance, corrosion resistance and insulation stability.
  12. Constant Temperature Drying: Complete water-free drying, making finished fixtures ready for cyclic reuse.
Core Advantages
  • Fixture-Specific Anodizing Process: Optimized process parameters exclusively for aluminum tooling fixtures. The 10–15μm film layer balances insulation, wear resistance and assembly precision without affecting fixture tolerance, perfectly adapting to high-frequency cyclic use.
  • Excellent Insulation & Anti-Corrosion Performance: Standard normal anodizing effectively isolates current and prevents fixture electric leakage. It resists acid, alkali and humid workshop environments, greatly reducing tooling loss rate.
  • Dual Optional Surface Finishes: Supports original natural silver appearance and high-uniform black dyed finish, meeting customized aesthetic requirements and workshop color classification management needs.
  • 220 Tons Large-Scale Mass Production: Full-automatic gantry cyclic operation enables continuous batch fixture processing. Stable monthly output adapts to customized OEM processing and bulk stock production for fixture manufacturers.
  • High Reusability & Cost Saving: Anodized fixtures feature smooth burr-free surface and stable dimensional accuracy. Extended service life effectively reduces enterprise tooling replacement and operation costs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Why choose 10–15μm film thickness for fixture anodizing?
10–15μm is the optimal film thickness range for tooling fixtures. It provides reliable insulation, wear resistance and anti-corrosion performance while maintaining original fixture assembly accuracy and tolerance.
Q2: What are the advantages of black oxidized fixtures?
Black dyed fixtures feature high recognition, anti-slip and anti-fouling surface. They are convenient for workshop classification management, resisting whitening and corrosion during long-term cyclic use with longer service life.
Q3: Is this production line specially designed for fixture processing?
Yes. The tank size, hanging mode and process parameters are all optimized for aluminum jigs and fixtures. Compared with ordinary profile anodizing lines, it delivers higher yield rate and more stable performance for tooling processing.
Q4: What is the mass production capacity for aluminum fixtures?
Equipped with full-automatic configuration, the line supports a stable monthly production capacity of 220 tons for standard aluminum fixtures, suitable for long-term batch OEM processing and self-produced tooling mass production.
