Overview

This semi-automatic anodizing line equipped with travelling hoist crane and steel structure conveyor is professionally designed for surface finishing of CNC-machined aluminum bow grips and supporting archery hardware components. Adopting mature sulfuric acid decorative anodizing technology, the line supports organic dyeing and nickel-salt electrolytic coloring processes, and allows optional upgrade for electrophoretic coating composite process to meet diverse appearance and protective performance requirements of archery accessories.

The production adopts matched travelling crane and steel structural conveyor for workpiece transmission, with semi-automatic operation mode combining mechanical conveying and manual auxiliary positioning. With adjustable production configurations and continuous shift operation, the monthly production capacity stably ranges from 200 to 1500 tons, adaptable to small-batch trial production and large-scale mass production of aluminum bow grips, maintaining stable and consistent surface processing quality.
