This 2000 tons/month aluminum anodizing line is designed for the surface treatment of high-end architectural aluminum profiles, including doors, windows and curtain wall profiles.
The production system combines three-acid polishing, anodizing, electrolytic coloring and electrophoresis to provide different surface finishing routes for architectural aluminum products. The project uses a U-shaped anodizing line layout, with both horizontal and vertical processing sections to accommodate different profile sizes, loading methods and production requirements.
A separate powder coating line is also included for aluminum profiles requiring a powder-coated surface. The combination of anodizing, electrophoresis and powder coating allows the production facility to select a suitable finishing process according to profile design, surface appearance and end-use requirements.
The line layout is planned around production capacity, profile handling, process sequence, workshop space and equipment maintenance access.

The main anodizing process can be organized as follows:
For electrophoretic products, the process route can be arranged according to the required coating process:
Pre-treatment → Anodizing → Coloring → Sealing → Electrophoresis → Curing
The powder coating line operates as a separate finishing route for profiles requiring powder coating rather than anodized or electrophoretic finishing.
Controlled Film Thickness
Anodizing parameters can be configured according to the required oxide film thickness, aluminum alloy, profile geometry and final application. Film thickness should be verified during commissioning and production inspection.
Automated Process Control
The production line can integrate process control for material transfer and key operating parameters. The specific automation level depends on the customer's production requirements and selected equipment configuration.
Batch Color Management
For electrolytic coloring, process parameters such as electrical conditions, solution temperature and processing time can be controlled according to the selected color and production specification. Batch records can be used to support process tracking.
Temperature and Filtration Control
Anodizing and coloring tanks require appropriate temperature management and solution circulation or filtration. The equipment configuration can be selected according to tank volume, production load and process requirements.
Flexible Surface Finishing
The production system combines three-acid polishing, anodizing, electrolytic coloring, electrophoresis and powder coating, allowing different architectural aluminum profiles to follow different finishing routes.
The complete project can include the following major equipment and auxiliary systems:
The final equipment list should be determined according to the confirmed profile dimensions, production schedule, process route and workshop layout.
