This cooling system is specifically designed for aluminum profile anodizing production lines to precisely control the working temperature of oxidation tanks, coloring tanks, and electrophoresis tanks. In the anodizing process, tank temperature directly affects the formation quality and thickness of the oxide film.
Standard decorative anodizing (Type II) typically requires a tank temperature of 18-22°C, while hard anodizing (Type III) requires a low-temperature environment of 0-5°C. This cooling system offers both air-cooled box chillers and high-efficiency full-liquid water-cooled screw chillers to meet the temperature control requirements of different capacities and processes.

In an anodizing production line, the cooling system operates together with the oxidation tank temperature control system and the automatic production line control system. By monitoring the tank liquid temperature in real time, the cooling system circulates and cools the tank liquid and feeds temperature data back to the central control system.
For hard anodizing production lines, a low temperature of 0-5°C must be maintained. This typically requires a high-capacity chiller unit, and its cooling load is much greater than the chilled water demand of standard anodizing and coloring systems. All individual cooling equipment is equipped with a manual control system to support production continuity even if the automatic system malfunctions.
The anodizing process is an exothermic reaction, and the tank liquid temperature will continuously rise. Excessive temperature can lead to a loose oxide film and reduced corrosion resistance. The cooling system is used to control the tank liquid temperature within the process range, such as 18-22°C for standard anodizing and 0-5°C for hard anodizing.
Hard anodizing (Type III) needs to be carried out at a low temperature of 0-5°C, which places high demands on the cooling capacity and low-temperature stability of the chiller unit. A dedicated high-capacity chiller is usually required. Standard decorative anodizing (Type II) generally only needs to maintain the tank liquid at 18-22°C, which can be met by a standard chiller.
Yes. According to the process design, this system supports the use of pure water and can also directly circulate and cool a 15%-25% sulfuric acid bath. This helps simplify the heat exchange system piping and improve cooling efficiency.
Yes. All individual cooling equipment is equipped with a manual control system. Even if the automatic system malfunctions, the equipment can still be operated manually to support continuing production.
