Overview

This is a full-scope turn-key powder coating spraying line for metal component finishing. The system covers all core production stages: pretreatment, drying, electrostatic powder spraying, powder recovery, high-temperature curing, and workpiece cooling.

It supports multiple metal substrates and is widely adopted for aluminum profiles, sheet metal cabinets, hardware accessories, and structural metal parts.

We design the line layout according to your workshop size, workpiece dimensions, and planned output. We deliver the equipment package plus process consultation; assembly guidance is available for on-site commissioning.
