This horizontal anodizing system adopts a horizontal tank layout. Compared with vertical anodizing lines, it requires lower workshop ceiling height and simplifies loading and unloading for long and special-shaped aluminum profiles. The whole line includes pre-treatment (degreasing, etching, neutralization), anodizing tank, electrolytic coloring tank, sealing tanks, rinsing baths, high-frequency rectifier power supply, temperature control system, bath circulation and filtration, acid fume extraction, and a PLC automatic control system. The line runs continuously with a stable designed capacity of 1000 tons of aluminum profiles per month.
