This project, delivered by Guangdong MEI-AL Technology, is a complete horizontal anodizing line with a 1000-ton monthly capacity. The client is a medium-sized aluminum extrusion manufacturer planning a new anodizing workshop for architectural and industrial aluminum profiles.

  • The existing workshop has limited ceiling height, making a vertical anodizing line infeasible.
  • The client requires continuous mass production while complying with local environmental emission standards.
MEI-AL Solution

MEI-AL adopted a horizontal tank layout to lower the height requirement. The complete line integrates an automatic control system, bath circulation and cooling, and an acid fume treatment system. It supports full sulfuric anodizing, electrolytic coloring, and sealing, with a designed stable output of 1000 tons of aluminum profiles per month.
