Product Description

Project Overview

This is a retrofit project for an existing 2500T/M anodizing production line. The scope includes adding a complete electrophoresis section and upgrading the original manual handling process into semi-automatic operation.

The retrofit retains most of the original tank structure and foundation, reducing new workshop construction investment. After the upgrade, the line supports both standalone anodizing and anodizing plus electrophoresis combined processes for aluminum workpieces.

Anodizing & Electrophoresis Process Flow

Loading → Degreasing → Alkaline Etching → Neutralization → Anodizing → Rinsing → (Optional Coloring) → Electrophoresis → Ultrafiltration Rinse → Curing → Unloading

Note: The workflow can be adjusted. You can run only anodizing without electrophoresis according to production orders.
