This automatic anodizing line is purpose-built for 3C aluminum phone case processing. It integrates fine sandblasting pre-treatment, sulfuric acid anodizing, electrolytic coloring, and dyeing into a single continuous workflow. The target oxide film thickness range is 8–12 μm, meeting the demanding appearance requirements of consumer electronics. The line adopts an automatic rack transfer mode designed specifically for small precision workpieces.
