Overview

This anodizing line is designed for aluminum heat sinks used in power electronics, inverters, charging modules, and industrial power supplies. The line supports sulfuric acid anodizing, with options for a natural silver finish or dyeing. It meets the surface requirements for insulation and corrosion protection of heat sink fins.

The system adopts gantry automatic transfer. A PLC system records and controls dwell time, bath temperature, and rectifier output for each process tank. Layout and tank quantity can be adjusted based on workshop space and monthly production targets.

Application Notes

This standard line is built for decorative / insulation Type II anodizing. Hard anodizing requires an extra low-temperature chiller and a modified rectifier.
