一.Foreword:

二.Operating conditions:
Thin,clean,non-inflammable and explosive without solid parties,fiber or liquid with physical and chemical properties to water.
Liquid temperature:
1.Normal temperature type:-15.C--70.C
2.Hot-water type:-15.C--120.C
Ambient temperature:The highest is +40.C
Height:The highest is 1000m
三.Applicaton:
CDM/CDMF is multifunctional product with a wide range of applications,it can transport all kinds of water including industrial liquid and different meida,applicable to different temperature ,flow and pressure ranges.CDM is suitable for non-corrosive liquid.CDMF is suitable for light corrosive liquid.
Arch water:Water plant filtrantion,transport,zoned water supply ,main pipe pressurization,secondary water supply for high-rise buildings.
Industrial liquid transportation:Cooling burial,boiler water supply and condensation system,manchine tool support,acid and clkali.

六.Maximum ambient temperature,height:
When the pump operates at ambient temperature greater than 40 ° C or height greater than 1000m,as poor cooling effect due to low density ,the motor power transmit power p2 will decrease.When the pump operate in the above situation,the motor power need to be increased.
七.Minimum inlet pressure:
If the pressure in the pump is lower than the vaporization pressure of the delivered liquid,it maybe cause cavitation.To avoid cavitation ,ensure that there is a minimum pressure at the inlet slde of the pump.
Calculate according to the following formula:
H=Pb*10.2-NPSH-Hf-Hv-Hs
Pb=barometric (bar)
(barometric can be set to 1 bar)
In the closed system ,Pb is closed system(bar)
NPSH=Net Positive Suction Head
It can be read from the possible maximum flow of the pump on the npsh curve.
Hf=Inlet pipe (m)
Hv=Vaporization pressure (m)
Hs=Safety margin=Minimum 0.5m faucet
If the calculated H is positive,the pump can oprate at the maximum.
If the calculated H is negative,there must be a water head with minimum inlet pressure H.
