Electrophoresis Varnish Rectification Device



Absorbing the advanced international technology of electrophoresis varnish rectification devices, our company has developed new equipment of our own. Our machine adopts the specific resin imported from Japan, and is applicable to soluble series anode electrophoresis varnish film. Our devices have completely fulfilled the requirements of relevant imported equipment, and are the essential equipment for aluminum material anodic oxidation electrophoresis.



Working principle:

As the electrophoresis continues in production, the impurity ions of the electrophoresis tank will increase due to the introduction of the pretreatment process or the impurity ions of the profile itself, which will change the conductivity and PH value of the electrophoresis, thus affecting the quality of the electrophoresis.In order to effectively remove the harmful impurity ions in the electrophoresis tank, such as sulfate ions and other impurity ions, the electrophoresis varnish rectification equipment should be used. The principle is to remove impurity ions with ion-exchange resin, so as to control the PH value and conductivity of the tank. So that the basis is within the allowed process parameters. When the resin is saturated with the impurity ions in the tank, the resin loses its effect and must be regenerated. The regeneration process is the opposite of the refining process, using hydrogen ions or hydroxide ions to regenerate and exchange the impurity ions attached to the ion exchange resin.
